LaLiga - TV Production

In 2025, French HBS and Italian NVP companies have been awarded the TV Production contract for LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion games following twenty years of services provided by Mediapro. In order to increase efficiency in the delivery of all contractual obligations as well as the supervision of the construction of MCR and stadiums visits, Six Sports Management has been ordered a project management mission ending in the delivery of the first game’s TV signal.

Key deliverables : Master Control Room construction supervision, business continuity plan, contract annexes, stadium visits supervision, key coordination with LaLiga and its suppliers…

Supplier management platform

In 2026, in order to improve the way the company can manage its suppliers contracts attribution, HBS contracted Six Sports Management. The mission aimed at providing new processes and producing a dedicated corporate application to be used in RFP management, allowing centralised supervision and business intelligence provision to ensure no market disruptions are created by HBS purchasing strategy.

Deliverables : construction of a PowerApp and database for suppliers management, deployment of dedicated processes

Event organization and management

In the run-up to the Paris 2024 Olympics, Six Sports Management was contracted to supervise the organization of the Sports Legacy Days in the Grand Palais Éphémère (an Olympic venue) in which were organized conferences about sports business and its legacy, a job fair and sports activities gathering more than 1000 visitors in one day.

Deliverables : coordination between the various contributors to the project and the venue, business development and communications
